MOCHI CARE INSTRUCTIONS :

Our mochi is best eaten fresh - the day it is bought.
If you keep it cool it will last for 1 - 2 days.

Put in a Ziploc freezer bag right away and freeze.
Thaw by letting it reach room temperature. DO NOT microwave as it might get hard.
